food technology

we were doing  food tech and we did food tech at tamaki college the food tech teacher was Mrs Heka 
we made colourful fruit salad we used grapes, oranges,yellow and green kiwifruit we then put little bits of fruit into the cup then put yoghurt over the fruit to make the fruit stay  still. then we added a little more fruit on top. we were practising our knife skills we had to measure 1 cup of yoghur then we had to put the first layer of fruit and the second layer of yoghurt. we had to learn how to cut the skin of  kiwi fruit and the orange we then got to try it and it tasted delicious.
