I’m Dani, one of the blog commenters for the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard some great things about the students at Panmure Bridge School so I thought I would jump on and check out some blog posts.
I think any of the Air Rescue charities are amazing as well. They can get to more remote areas to save people but they can also get people to hospital faster than an ambulance would. I think the air rescue helicopters would have been very busy last week helping out after White Island erupted. I think they would have been flying patients up to Middlemore Hospital as well. Have you ever watched the TV show Piha Rescue? Sometimes you can see the rescue helicopters on there.
I just wanted to let you know that this is the last day that all of the blog commenters are working for 2019! We are all taking some time to hang out with whanau and to celebrate the holidays. But everyone will be back on January 6th so keep blogging and we can read them when we get back!
