for swimming we did sculling and floating on our back floating with a noddle  and we had to hold our breath under water and we had  to do  floating on our back we did floating on our back with a board and with a we were talking about Hypothermia  means if you are in a cold river in winter and your
lips start to tern blue and you start to shake and you start to get confused you can't just put them in the shower  you have to turn the shower on cold then you tern it slowly all the way to  make it warm
then you should wait for his lips to tern to normal color then you have to wait in till he stops to shivering you can wait our just leave him in the shower and try to see if he can talk
if he talks then he will be OK then you should put him in a blanket then put a heater
then you can wait  and let him watch a movie and tell him you can not go to the river
in winter just in case if you turn the water on so high you might get him to die
